Description:- We are a majorette troupe in Melbourne (part of Chelmsford) which is labelled as a deprived area of Chelmsford. We have been running since October 2007. We have 30 children ages from 4 to 14, we have 2 boys, 2 with epilepsy, 1 with chronic renal failure, 1 with Ernest Dania's Disease and many with self esteem/confidence issues. The troupe was initially set focussing on Melbourne but now we have children from other areas in chelmsford and even one from Wickford. Our aim was to give EVERY child an opportunity whatever there financial, parental background, race or religion.
